Service Description

I'll explain how Vedic Meditation differs from other styles of meditation, what makes it unique, and what the practice actually looks like. We'll explore some of the scientifically proven benefits of meditation, particularly Vedic Meditation, and we'll talk about how a regular practice can relieve the body of built-up stresses. I'll also answer any questions you may have about meditation and the 4 day course structure.
