The purpose of this meditation activation is to give folks the tools they need to start and maintain a daily meditation practice without the use of apps or tools. The lessons also go into the basics of non-duality and how using these principles, combined with present-moment-awareness outside of formal meditation, can greatly enhance the stabilization of meditation's benefits.
